            You have 14 days from the time of delivery to return your order for full store credit, or 3 days to obtain a refund to your initial payment method, subject to a restocking fee. Exchanges are not accepted. The refund process may take up to a month and a 20% restocking charge will be taken when refunds are made to your original payment method. Praying Rabbit does not accept returns on orders from outside of the United States.

             

            To begin your return, email orders@prayingrabbit.com with your order number and request a return (you don't need to explain why).

             

            You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print out the label, attach it to your return package, and drop it off at any USPS location.

            A full refund will be given once we have received the package.

            All items you want to return must be in the same condition as when you
            received them. We cannot refund your shipping costs. Praying Rabbit does not accept returns on orders from outside of the United States.

            If the item you received is
            damaged, defective, or wrong, email orders@prayingrabbit.com with a
            picture of the item that you received and your order number. Replacements are free and we do not require that you return any damaged, defective, or wrong item.
