      Praying Rabbit offers free shipping in the US and orders are processed Monday-Friday. We ship from Praying Rabbit HQ located in Jurupa Valley, California. Shipping charges for orders outside of the US are calculated at checkout.

      Domestic Shipping (US)

      Free shipping on all US orders via USPS first class mail (orders under 1 pound) and USPS parcel select ground (orders over 1 pound).

      Priority shipping (order is shipped before any other order via USPS Prioirty and is delivered much faster): $6. Choose this option to receive your order faster.

      Orders are shipped from Praying Rabbit HQ located in Jurupa Valley, California within 2-3 business days. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 days after it has been shipped.

      International Shipping (Worldwide)

      For orders outside of the United States, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Express shipping is available at an additional cost and is usually delivered within 5-10 days via DHL Express or 21-40 + days via USPS First-Class Mail International (free shipping method).

      Praying Rabbit offers returns for orders in the United States, as long as you request the return within 7 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns, not exchanges. The refund process may take up to 30 days and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Praying Rabbit does not accept returns on orders from outside of the United States.

      To begin your return or exchange, email orders@prayingrabbit.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

       

      You will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label via email. Print this label out, affix it to your return package, and drop it off at any USPS location.

       

      Note: All return items must be in original condition. We will not be able to refund your shipping costs (if applicable). Praying Rabbit does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.


      If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s), email
      orders@prayingrabbit.com with a picture of the item that you received
      along with your order number. Replacements are free and we do not require that you return any damaged, defective, or wrong item.
