How long do orders take to arrive?
Praying Rabbit ships from Jurupa Valley, California. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary.
Domestic (USA)
USPS First-Class Mail: 2-8 days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 days
Additional delivery time may be required due to circumstances out of our control, such as delivery delays caused by the carrier due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unforeseen events.
International Shipping
Standard delivery time for international shipping is 2-6 weeks from the date shipped. But delivery times may vary depending on which shipping method is used.
Custom laws differ in each country so there may be some instances where orders may be inspected which can delay delivery.
Praying Rabbit is not responsible for international shipping delays such as customs delays or any customs duties or taxes fees. Please allow additional delivery time for international customs procedures.
The buyer is responsible for all customs fees to be paid for and we will not be able to refund your order if it is shipped back to us as a result of customs fees not being paid for. Praying Rabbit is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Praying Rabbit does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (domestic) - FREE
Priority shipping (domestic) - $8.95
International Shipping
Calculated at checkout - dependent on total weight of package + destination. We offer the lowest possible price provided by the carrier. Shipping price sometimes increases with more items due to the increased weight + size of the package.
How do I track my order?
Email confirmation is sent once your order has been shipped. From there, you'll be able to track your package with the given tracking number by clicking on the link.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
I haven't yet received shipping information
Shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically as soon as your order ships. Please check your inbox/spam folders to find the email.
Please allow up to 1-4 business days for your order to be shipped and allow additional time if there is a new drop (new items on the website).
Sometimes we find that supporters enter the wrong email at checkout. Common errors in emails include misspellings, and missing numbers or letters.
If you have yet to receive any order or shipping confirmation email, please email orders@prayingrabbit.com so that we can help.
I haven't received an order confirmation email?
You may have accidentally entered the wrong email at checkout. Common errors include misspellings such as missing numbers or letters. Please be sure to check that all information is correct before placing the order.
Your inbox could be too full to accept any new emails. Check your inbox to see how much storage you have available.
Refresh your inbox and check your spam folder to see if the order confirmation email ended up there.
Order confirmation emails are always automatically sent after the order is placed. So if you did not receive one, email us with the name on your order. We'll ask you to verify a few things before we update and resend the confirmation/shipping emails.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Praying Rabbit ships worldwide to most countries. We offer checkout in different currencies, which is located at the bottom of the website via the currency selector.
Can I change or cancel my order before it is shipped?
If your order has not yet shipped, please reply to your order confirmation email or send us an email to: orders@prayingrabbit.com. Let us know if you would like to update any size or cancel the order.
We check emails throughout the day and we are more than happy to help make any changes.
If your order has already been shipped out, then we will not be able to update or cancel your order.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped out, send us an email with your name and order number to cancel your order:
You may also reply to your initial order confirmation email to request cancelation.
Do you accept returns?
Praying Rabbit offers FREE returns and exchanges on US orders made within 14 days of delivery. Email orders@prayingrabbit.com to start your return/exchange.
No returns or exchanges on international orders (orders outside of the US).
I received the wrong order/damaged item.

- Description of issue with your order with a picture

Do you restock?
Most items will not restock. But there will be many new items in the future.
How often do you drop new items?
Drops happen every month, so sign up to our email updates to find out exactly when they happen.
What payment methods do you accept?
Praying Rabbit accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and most major debit/credit cards.
Why is shipping more expensive outside of the US?
Shipping outside of the US by default is much more costly to do. This is with any carrier - UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS, etc.
The shipping price you see at checkout is the actual cost charged by the shipping company. Shipping cost is calculated by destination, total package weight, and package dimensions. So lighter items such as a beanie would cost less to ship compared to a much heavier item such as a hoodie.
More items ordered will generally increase the shipping price.
