The buyer is responsible for all customs fees to be paid for and we will not be able to refund your order if it is shipped back to us as a result of customs fees not being paid for. Praying Rabbit is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Calculated at checkout - dependent on total weight of package + destination. We offer the lowest possible price provided by the carrier. Shipping price sometimes increases with more items due to the increased weight + size of the package.
One of the most common reasons why you have yet to receive an order confirmation email is because you may have accidentally entered the wrong email at checkout. Common errors in emails include misspellings, and missing numbers or letters. Please be sure to double-check all information before placing the order.
Another reason why is your inbox could possibly be too full to accept any new emails. Be sure to check your inbox and see how much storage you have available.
Please also refresh your inbox and check your spam folder to see if the order confirmation email ended up there.
Order confirmation emails are always automatically sent after the order is placed. So if you did not receive one, feel free to email us with the name on your order. We'll ask you to verify a few things before we update and resend the confirmation/shipping emails.
We accept returns made within 14 days from the date of your order delivery. We will not cover return shipping costs. In order to return your package for a full refund, please mail it back to:

For most items, we do not restock. Praying Rabbit has so many new things constantly in the works, so we drop one time and that's it. But there are a few staple items that will always be on the website and they are:
Shipping outside of the US by default is much more costly to do. This is with any carrier - UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS, etc.
The shipping price you see at checkout is the actual cost charged by the shipping company. Shipping cost is calculated by destination, total package weight, and package dimensions. So lighter items such as a beanie would cost less to ship compared to a much heavier item such as a hoodie.
More items ordered will generally increase the shipping price.
